At Alive & Free, we’re here to walk with you on your journey. Whether you’re just starting to heal or feel called to help others, our Christ-centered coaching, courses and mentorship will guide you. Jesus said in John 8:32, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” A lot of believers think that truth itself will set you free, but it is not until you know it intimately that it will set you free. A part of knowing it intimately is having connection to truth at a heart level where God can plant the seeds of truth within the deep fears, pain, and trauma that we have held that have kept us stuck in lies that have fueled cycles within our lives and relationships. Whether you are here to receive healing and transformation, or you have the desire to become equipped as a coach to give this type of healing away, we want to help you.
